Health Coaching

As a National Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach and with extensive training through the Dr. Sears Institute, Stanford Health Sciences, and Intuitive Eating, Mollie offers clients tailored programs to meet their needs where they are today. There is no one-size-fits-all here. Each of us is unique, as are our ways to learn, make changes, and grow. Through the coaching programs, clients are able to find a path that makes them successful.

 Healthy Lifestyle Coaching

Do you want to feel more energy, stronger, live with less chronic illness, and maybe feel lighter? Do you need someone to hold you accountable on your path?

Together we will explore where you are in your life now, what is working, and what can be improved. From there, we will determine what is the best area to focus on. And then, let’s plan! Your personalized plan will have manageable and simple actions that will get you to your goals. Taking care of ourselves now means a better future.

Kick Start, 5 weeks

Jump right in and start moving in the direction of better health. This program includes weekly one on one 30-minute coaching sessions that include goal setting and support for your specific health needs.  

Signature Process, 12 weeks

Spend time and begin to build long-lasting healthy habits for a 12-week program that includes weekly coaching sessions, accountability check-ins, and support for your personalized goals.

Diet Free Lifestyle Coaching

Many of us spend a lifetime on restrictive diets, leading to years of weight cycling and stress on our metabolism. Often leading to more weight gain, not weight loss.

Are you ready to go another course and be done with the diet culture and what society is telling us we should be doing? Do you want to regain a stable natural relationship with food and eating?

The diet-free approach is based on Intuitive Eating. Intuitive Eating is a “self-care eating framework” created by two dietitians, Evelyn Tribole and Elyse Resch, and is a practice to help undo a lifetime of “dieting” through ten principles. These ten principles take you through how your relationship with eating and food. Over 100 studies show how effective the program is in establishing a healthier relationship with food and in turn improved health.

Live Diet Free Program, 12 weeks.  

The program includes weekly 30-minute coaching conversations, accountability check-ins, and support. Each week, we will work on the 10 Intuitive Eating principles and how they can be incorporated into your life.

Group Coaching

Interactive and educational health and wellness presentations are memorable and packed full of practical, affordable tips and advice. Group workshops are offered in person in the Chicago-land area and virtually. See events for more information.
