Investing time in our health is one of the most important hobbies we can have. This 3-part series will introduce the main components to leading a healthy lifestyle. Just Eat Real Foods will examine how eating better foods, makes us feel better. We will discuss what foods we should choose more of and what to avoid. Next, Move More, covers why regular exercise is so important, how to find what you enjoy and start doing it. During Stress Less, we will discuss how stress impacts our bodies and minds and tips to reduce it. Each week will be an interactive discussion with strategies and practical tips to get you thinking and put into practice making health your hobby.
