Workshop 1: Just Eat Real Foods will examine how eating better foods, makes us feel better. We will discuss what foods we should choose more of and what to avoid.
Workshop 2: Move More covers why regular exercise is so important, and how to find what you enjoy and start doing it.
Workshop 3: Stress Less will discuss how stress impacts our bodies and minds and tips to reduce it.
