Making a smooth transition from pregnancy to motherhood is the focus of this workshop. This workshop covers postpartum nutrition and exercise, nutrition for breastfeeding, and new mom care. This will be a great opportunity to meet other new moms to share ideas and get support. Babies are welcome!
