5- Week Fall Coaching Group

Ready for a reset after the Summer? Join the Fall Coaching Group for a 5-week program to get back to healthier habits or welcome in new ones. In a small group of like minded members,  you will learn simple and easy ways to approach food, exercise and stress reduction with Dr. Sears T5 program. During one/one coaching sessions, we will explore what goals you want to work towards and how to reach them.

The program includes:

  • 3- 30 minute Zoom group sessions
  • 2-one/one goal coaching sessions (in person or Zoom)
  • Accountability check-ins
  • Support and sharing in private Facebook group
  • Welcome Kit (Dr. Sears T5 Wellness Plan Book, Healthy eating tools)
